The SGE is made up of representatives elected from all of UNISON’s service groups. All seats are up for election.

UNISON’s Service Group Executives are the key bodies which determine the union’s pay and negotiation strategies for its 7 service groups.

• Forming a service group executive that delivers on your pay and your working conditions.

• Changing the way our union operates by promoting organising, using collective strength and worker power.

• Supporting Andrea Egan, our General Secretary, and her bold, radical programme for our union.

• No longer placing the interests of the Labour Party first; UNISON members will be our focus.

We ask for your vote, as candidates committed to supporting our General Secretary, as together we can win and change our union for the better.

The ballot opens on 1st April 2026 and runs until 13th May 2026.
